About the event
Discover inner peace and connect with nature on a mountain hike in the Sintra Mountains, complete with a meditative music concert. Leave behind the stresses and strains of everyday life and embark on a journey of self-discovery and serenity. During this guided hike with experienced instructors, you will enjoy moments of silence and introspection as you walk through this magical forest.

At the end, we have a meditative music concert in the trees. The Vegetarian Music group is a project of sound journeys/concerts, which explores instruments and sounds from all over the planet, with the aim of providing both sound enjoyment for its own sake, as well as relaxation, meditation and also therapy, depending on the context in which they take place, in this case in the forest, as well as the intention of the performance and whoever is watching it.

Reserve + Plant a Tree
Hike in Sintra in partnership with the Plantar Uma Árvore association: Donate trees that we plant for you, in Sintra. Ethical cost: €5 per plant. (All proceeds go to the Plantar Uma Árvore association) Includes plants, forest protectors when applicable, transport, land preparation work, planting and maintenance for 5 years. The certificate will be sent by email. We will then send a photo report and a description of the initiative in which the trees are planted.
